Limited Service Start for Portable version failed!

I just downloaded the latest portable version 4.6.0.5129 and whenever I run SystemExplorer.exe, it pops up this error:

Limited Service Start for Portable version failed!
Service Registry Key not found! Reinstall System Explorer

I re-downloaded it just in case, but same result. I even deleted the previous version's files, including config.ini, but still the same. Why would a service registry key even be required for a portable program?

Hi, The error message is misleading... Could you please send me more information about your system ? What OS do you have? What user rights do you have? Do you have UAC enabled ?

Windows 7 x64 running as Administrator (UAC disabled).

I just downloaded the latest portable version 4.6. and whenever I run SystemExplorer.exe, it pops up the "Run As" dialog box saying "Which User account do you want to use to run this program". I'm running Windows XP SP3. I also re-downloaded it just in case, but same result.

Do you have admin account in Windows XP or limited?
