All processes not showing.

Not all processes show up in SE but are in Task Manager. I have 2 Win 7 64bit PC's. One is OK.

Should be fixed in version 4.6.0.

Do you have portable version or installed version? Is the systemexplorerservice64.exe running under services ? (as system process)

I have the same issue. I use Windows 8.1 and this is all I see even though Task Manager shows lot more.  Also, when I right-click the options to Terminate or Restart are not available. It used to be in previous versions.  I do show the System Explorer service running.  Not sure if it makes a difference but the title shows as System Explorer Service, without the '64', however if I click on it, the executable path shows the SystemExplorerService64.

Should be fixed in version 4.6.0.
