After updated to 4.6.0 portable, on XP sp3 startup I'm always getting run as dialog?

After updated to 4.6.0 portable, on startup I'm always getting run as dialog and then I have to uncheck "Protect my computer and data from unauthorized activity" to run System Explorer normally. I am user with admin rights on XP, can I circumvent this dialog somehow? Thanks

Problem is gone in 4.7, System Explorer portable normally starts now like before. Thanks! :)
