Cannot delete registry items

Adrian Man 10 aastat tagasi uuendaja talkinrock 10 aastat tagasi 6
Using system explorer 5.5.
1. I cannot delete registry items from HKLM. Cannot delete item. lasterror = 122 is generated. Deleting works on wow64node HKLM or HKCU.
2. How can I disable the tray popup? In previous versions it worked.
Regarding your #1 issue, I also have experienced a similar issue regarding deleting registry startup entries for quite a while now (at least for 1 whole version cycle)...  I'm using my iPhone right now, but when I get to my desktop later, I'll try to replicate the error, and report back here with the message.

are you using installer or portable version?
I'm using the installer version (v5.5.0), on Windows 7 64-Bit.
installer version 5.5 also here, it is the same on windows 7 x64 and windows 8.1 x61. Even runned as administrator, it is the same.
any updates on this issues?
^ I would like to know, as well...   However, seeing as this bug has existed for a while now, Miroslav probably (and understandably, as well) has more urgent kinks to work out in the latest release, so I'm willing to wait a bit for this to be fixed.

Nevertheless, hopefully it will be completed sooner, rather than later, mind you—but I fully trust Miroslav's years of experience and high level of professionalism to prioritise what needs to be done first.

Considering he is the sole developer of by far the MOST useful utility software I have ever used in my 35+ years of using computers, I am highly doubtful that he is just ignoring this issue; rather, he is probably (as I said) just putting this on the backburner.  :-)

P.S. - A good way to tell if he is still working on a feature/support request on this new forum system is the "under review" label after his first reply. I can't think of the exact names of the others off the top of my head, but if you browse the forum a bit, you'll see he labels topics with tags such as "completed", "denied/not actually an issue", etc etc...   Seeing as this one is still "under review", as I said, I'm led to believe (at least I hope) that he hasn't forgot about this yet.
