Really? What OS do you have?

Windows 7 Pro (64 bit).  The browser popped up stating it was successfully installed but I had a window stating the service could not start (as it was already running).  Tried doing a system restart and it still stated the same thing until I uninstalled and reinstalled.  It possibly could be because I set system explorer as the default task manager.
