After updated to 4.5.0, on system startup, an error displays about 'config.ini' being used by another application.

Please try uninstall all system explorer instances and install it again. Thank you

I am also having the same problem.  I going to uninstall and revert back to 3.9.9.  As previous release also had issues.

There is no change in config.ini loading.Could you please provide more information?

Regret, I have no further info available and have already reverted back to 3.9.9.
