System Idle Process

Is there a way to display 'System Idle Process' like the Windows Task Manager does?

Hi, System Explorer does not display idle process as item in processes list. You can see overall CPU usage in.bottom panel of main window or tray hint. Is there reason why idle process should be included in the list?

Often this item, "System Idle Process", is using almost all of the CPU, making it difficult to do anything (including reboot).  Need to be able to set the priority to "Idle".

System Idle Process @ Microsoft.com seems to say that this is normal.
