CPU usage freezes for some process, till process restart
I check it few times, problem almost every time after awaik from sleep (I'm using hybrid sleep)


Windows 8.1 Pro, x64, Eng, AMD A8-5600K@3939MHz, video integrated into processor, 8GB of RAM, 2 hard drives.
