there a way to enable or disable it?
does not show me the "tray tooltip" when I move the mouse over "tray icon"

Yes please, very annoying, make an option to disable it.

Not tray icon, menu pop-up, when you hover your mouse over tray icon. I wish there be option to disable it. To disable this pop-up when you hovering mouser over the tray icon.
