enable or disable the information window that appeared when passed over tray icon

with newer versions can not enable or disable the information window that appeared when passed over tray icon

there a way to enable or disable it?
does not show me the "tray tooltip" when I move the mouse over "tray icon"

Yes please, very annoying, make an option to disable it.

Not tray icon, menu pop-up, when you hover your mouse over tray icon. I wish there be option to disable it. To disable this pop-up when you hovering mouser over the tray icon.
