operating system not supported

Gary Anson 10 years ago updated by Support (Developer) 10 years ago 1
Hi,
I get a popup dialog that says
"This operating system is not supported!"
I'm running Windows XP Pro SP3
Any ideas on what's causing this and how I can fix it?
I've already uninstalled and downloaded the newest version and installed it.

This is very specific idea...There is very small count of users which could use this feature and we dont have enough time to implement it..

Automatic start setting issues

BlueSky2 10 years ago updated 10 years ago 1
Context:
SE v5.0.1, v5.0.0, v4.7.0
32-bit Windows 7 SP1
"Use One Setting For All Users" is disabled

Problems with "Automatically Start System Explorer After Login" setting:
The setting status is based on the last save to any account.
Enabling the setting in the standard account also enables it for the admin account.

I prefer to enable this setting in the standard account but disable it in the admin account.  I can do this if I set the standard account before the admin account, but the status shows incorrectly in the standard account.
