Please use installer version for using under limited rights. It's not possible to have full functionality without running service. That's why admin is requested when service is not available.

Previous versions of the system explorer can be started under limited rights...but many functions does not work as expected, list of processes does not contains all items...Users reported this as BUG. So we decided to not provide this mode in next version.

Hi, The error message is misleading... Could you please send me more information about your system ? What OS do you have? What user rights do you have? Do you have UAC enabled ?
