Is it possible to use the portable version (System Explorer 4.6.0) for using under limited rights (like the previous versions of the system explorer)? I do not care to have full functionality.

When i set uptade speed to slow, networking tab shows 10MB/s when i set to normal it says 5MB/s when to fast it say around 2,5MB/s so which one is correct then?
Because i don't think bytes per second change when i change update speed.

I'm using Win XP SP3 and it's in French, but there's nothing I can do
about this as long using XP. I downloaded SE 4.7.0, installed it and
it's in French, but I want English and there appears to be no way to
change the language for the interface of SE. The prior version I had
installed was in English, which is how I want it, for I'm far more
familiar with the terminology in English. Also, I prefer the old or
former user interface and there seems to be no way to make 4.7.0 use
this.

Don't like the newest version as it does not have all the useful right click options for the running processes such as restart, end, suspend, etc. Please bring those back in the next version. Thanks. Until then I have switched back the previous version.

I like to see what sites/IP address my web browser goes to.  Also, I like to monitor whether any virus is accessing the internet.  Starting with SE v5.0.0 and v5.0.1, I noticed that net connections are not monitored in the History tab.  This is a regression compared to SE v4.7.0.  My PC is 32-bit Windows 7 SP1.

Also, the v5.0.x options, under the History tab, do not allow setting whether net connections are monitored or not.  I miss having this control.

Since the History is one of the main reasons I use SE, I will be going back to v4.7.0.

Hi here...i am new here and have a question about something that makes me wonder.

Sometimes the performance graph in the system explorer shows up to 100% CPU usage, but the processes tab only shows some (3-5) which are over 3-5% usage, the rest shows 0%. But I trust more the performance graph, because the temperature and the fan go up in the situation.

How could I find out what application, driver or else causes the high usage?

use ctrl+alt+S for my text to speech software which I have run alongside SE for years.  All of a sudden SE hijacked ctrl+alt+S for the system utilities menu.  I am attempting reinstall and if not that rolling back to previous version.
